confirmation of your booking. You might choose to pay by wire transfer or
by using a credit card like VISA or Mastercard.

operators and staff are located on site, and not in offices around the
world. Many rental companies let out apartments without having staff on

On our pages we are displaying our rental apartments correctly and without
"fixing" the pictures, we always show the picture from the actual
apartment and not a fancy demo apartment. The text information provided on
each apartment is made easy to understand and it is easy to compare to
other apartments you might choose. Our staff check each apartment prior to
your arrival, cleaning of the apartment is included in the rentalprice.

We have strict rules concerning which apartments we choose to have in our
system. As you will see when searching for an apartment, we only have 3-5
star apartments, thus ensuring only good quality for all rental objects.

Safety
It is important to us that you as the customer are feeling confident when
ordering thru our system, and as a serious actor in the rental market we
do not have any paragraphs in our terms and conditions written in "small
types". We also provide you with an emergency phone number, open 24H that
you can call during your stay should you be in need of medical attention
or if you have lost your keys etc. Our staff speaks English, Spanish and
Scaninavian.
