If you are interested in boats and the life on water, La Manga is your paradise that can offer the possibilities for it all year.

Kite/Windsurfing Either you are a beginner or an experienced surfer you’ll find the best conditions at La Manga. Mar Menor is the perfect place for the beginner since it is shallow and only has small waves you have to worry about. When you feel that you can manage the surfing you can try to take a trip in the Mediterranean ocean.

Scuba diving

For everyone that likes diving, La Manga is a paradise. At La Manga there are lots of approved scuba centres for diving where you can either come on one of their many trips or take your chance on getting the licence.



Where do you find the rental objects?

Water jets are possible to hire almost anywhere in Mar Menor. If you just look after signs in the roadside or ask at the tourist office there should be no problem to find a rental service. We recommend the rental service on the beach right by the restaurant Paquebote in Tomas Maestre.

Concord, the car rental service that is in the new shopping mall in Thomas Maestre offers a good boat rental service. Remember to bring your boat licence if you want to hire a boat without a driver.

Rental of kite, windsurfing and sailing are to find lots of places on La Manga, they also offers teaching lessons for the beginners. One of the places that are to recommend for kiting is Mas Kite. Mas Kite lies by the entrance of La Manga.

In Cabo de Palos and Tomas Maestre there are diving centres that offer arranged trips and courses. If you have any doubt or second thoughts about scuba diving we recommend you to go to the tourist office that lies right by the entrance of La Manga.

You can fish from the shore or hire a boat to go out sea.

Tennis
Right by Placa Bohemia you will find a big training centre for tennis, here you have the possibility to both take courses and practise, as you want. I the same building there are a park with activities for the children. Including to that there is lots of tennis courses on La Manga that are open for those who live in the area.

Walking trips
La Manga have many exciting trip areas, if you drop by the tourist office in Cabo de Palos they will give you more information on where it is best suited for you. We recommend you to park the car and just walk south along the ocean from Cabo de Palos, here are many hidden beaches and cliffs to see.

Football
Most popular is it to play on one of the many beaches on La Manga. If you visit La Manga in the winter season there are great opportunities to see some of the many training matches on the La Manga Club. Many of the European top-class football clubs have their final match practise in the summer season on La Manga, this is something to see if you are interested in football.

SPA and training center On La Manga Club they have a SPA and a training centre that are very high-class on an international level. Here you have the ability to check in for just one day and make use of both the SPA and the training centre. If you wish to be treated the best possible way and be a princess (or prince!) for one day, we recommend you to have one of the many SPA treatments with a following trip in the steam room or the whirlpool. If you only wish to have the access to a pure training centre there are many places on La Manga who offers that.
