Las Velas(The sails) is the most popular area for those who want to book private villas, with a private garden and pool. Las Velas consists of two rows of upscale townhouses, all located first line to the Mediterranean Sea, with stunning views. The urbanization is at the end of a small road, with little traffic, and it is a quiet residential area. All houses have private garden with pool and shower, with large terraces.
Each house consists of two apartments, one on the ground floor, and one on the first floor, both have a living room and kitchen, so these houses are perfect f. ex. for two families traveling together. It is only 50 - 70 meters to one of La Mangas best Mediterranean beaches, and app. 400 meters to shop, bakery and restaurants. A larger selection of restaurants, nightlife and shops is in the yacht harbor of Tomas Maestre, app. 1.5 km. from Las Velas. We recommend considering to rent a car if you stay in this area, and want to explore more of La Manga and the Murcia region.
