Playa Principe(Prince beach) is one of the newest urbanizations built in La Manga, and consists of several construction stages. Playa Principe is located about one kilometer south of the yacht harbor Tomas Maestre, and is located on one of La Manga's nicest Mediterranean beaches. The facility consists of several apartment buildings, where all apartments have a terrace with sea view. Between the urbanization buildings and the Mediterranean beach, there is a great pool and sunbathing area. Playa Principe is built on one of the narrowest places on La Manga, so it is app. only 150 meters of land between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor.
