Jardines del Mar (Garden by the sea), is located in the area of the yacht harbor Tomas Maestre. This urbanization is popular, because of its good location, close to shops, restaurants, bars, and a nice beach which is located only 300 to 500 meters away. Between Jardines del Mar and Mar Menor is the lovely promenade, with access directly to the sea, surrounded by a variety of lawns where it is popular to sunbath. At the end of the promenade is the beautiful Mar Menor beach, and at the other end, the yacht harbor Tomas Maestre where you find a large selection of restaurants and bars. The urbanization consists of several three-storey residential buildings, which is built around a large recreation area with pools, sunbathing areas, and ball park.
