Marinesco I is located in a quiet residential area, consisting of one multiple story apartment complex, close to the yacht harbor Tomas Maestre, where there is a good selections of restaurants, bars and nightlife. Close to Marinesco I there is a Saturday market, where you can find a selection of fruits, vegetables, clothes and shoes. It is only about 500 to 600 meters to the beaches on the Mar Menor side. In the resort, there is one beautiful large pool area, lawns area for sunbathing, with tennis courts, and ballpark next to the urbanization.
