Puerto y Mar(Port & sea) consists of two urbanizations with the same name in the same area, but are built in two different stages, Phase I and Phase II. This urbanization is located next to the channel that connects the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, close to one of La Mangas best Mediterranean beaches. All apartments in this project have beautiful terraces with good views, and the penthouse apartments we have for rent here, have an extra large roof terrace with stunning views. From most apartments you have a view to the channel, where you can watch the boat traffic with beautiful yachts and sailing boats traveling in and out of the Mar Menor.
