The urbanization of Dos Mares(Two seas) is situated directly on one of La Mangas best Mediterranean beaches, and it is a popular area for holiday rentals. Especially during the summer months of July and August, because of its good location directly on the beach. Dos Mares is located on one of the narrowest areas of land in La Manga, between the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, so it is only 50 to 100 meters to the Mar Menor beaches. The urbanization is divided into Dos Mares south and Dos Mares north, each have three apartment buildings with community sun and pool area between the apartments and the Mediterranean Sea, both with a paddle court. There is a beach bar and restaurant only 200 meters from Dos Mares, Playa Chica. Restaurants, supermarket and bakery are located 500-800 meters from the Dos Mares.
