The urbanization Punta Cormoran is located at the north end, at one of La Manga's best Mediterranean beaches, and only 100 meters from the Mar Menor. The facility has a large pool area with several pools, including a. separate children's pool, and sunbathing area, which is suitable for the whole family. From the pool and sun area you have direct access to the beach. All the apartments in this project are of a consistently good standard, with a. terrace with a great view of both the Mediterranean and the Mar Menor, air conditioning and a heat pump that covers the entire apartment. There are around 10 restaurants, one small supermarket, bakery and sailing school/boat rental within walking distance of the facility. There is a very good bus connection in the area, and there is a bus every 15 minutes during the day and also a night bus in the summer season.
