La Manga Beach Club is one of the newest and most modern projects in La Manga, and is the most popular area among our tenants. It is situated directly on one of La Mangas nicest Mar Menor beaches. The urbanization has a unique location, first line on the beach with apartments of high quality, all with terrace, and most of them have stunning views of the Mar Menor and the sunset over the sea. The urbanization has four apartment buildings, each with nine floors. The area is very child friendly, and the beach outside of La Manga Beach Club is very shallow, so this is the perfect area for families. Between the apartments and the beach, there is a large pool and sunbathing area, with direct access to the beach. La Manga Beach Club is also just a short walk from the fantastic beaches on the Mediterranean side.
There are approximately 10 restaurants, two small supermarkets, bakery and a SUP board rentals next to Escuela de Pieter, within walking distance of the resort. In this area you will also find beach bars and a nice Beach Club, Collados Beach. There is very good bus service in the area, and there are buses approximately twice an hour during daytime and even a night bus during the summer season.
La Manga Beach Club is also our first GREEN urbanization, with solar panel ENERGY for the community areas, from the soler panels on the roofs!
